We use EParcel for our everyday deliveries and for the fast service Express postage fills the bill; a tracking number is always provided so as you can easily track your delivery.

We are happy for pickups from our store situated at Shed 2, 273-279 Morayfield Road, Morayfield, QLD, 4506. Just let us know this is your preference when placing your order and we can have your Bitz ready to be collected. This is usually same day, however some Bitz are stored off site and with a bit of notice of your intent to pick them up we can make sure they are here waiting for you.

All standard and free shipping will be sent via Australia Post eParcel. Other options can be discussed by calling any of our helpful sales staff.

Bulky Bitz, heavy Bitzs (e.g. Tyres), and dangerous Bitz will be sent via StarTrack Road Express or through an approved Carrier an extra charge will apply for these Bitz.

Tracking numbers will be allocated for all deliveries and will require customer’s signature upon delivery. If it is your preference to have the delivery left without a signature (authority to leave), please advise us in the notes section of your order. We here at Birds Bitz will not be held responsible for any Bitz that are misplaced or stolen if you choose this option.

Our Aim is to dispatch all Bitz within 1 day of receiving payment.

If your Bitz are unavailable or there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you to as soon as we can so as we can work out an alternate arrangement regarding delivery.

Eparcel Standard is usally 3-5 Business Days

Eparcel Express is usally 1-3 Business Days

2D Joint Venture Pty Ltd (Trading as Birds Bitz) cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to a fault of the delivery service used just give us a call and we will be happy to assist where ever we can.

Birds Bitz is not responsible if your Bitz are damaged or lost in the mail. Insurance is optional and at the buyer’s discretion.

If you require insurance in regards to you purchase, please contact us and one of our friendly staff will be able to arrange this for you.

We will do our best to efficiently package your Bitz so that it arrives safely.

Some Bitz may be too heavy to be classified for free shipping,

For special requirements regarding postage, couriers or anything out of the ordinary please contact us so that we can provide a quote for you

If any Bitz are not currently in stock, you can check the ETA on our Back-Order feature, and if you are happy with the timeline you can safely purchase & pay for the Bitz to ensure you secure your Bitz and we will dispatch them as soon as they are instore simple.

  • We provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all Bitz
  • We will provide a full refund of the order price less initial delivery costs; it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange return shipping at their cost
  • To be eligible for our money back guarantee you must email admin@birdsbitz.com.au within Seven days of receiving the product for further instructions
  • Once the Bitz are received by Birds Bitz we will arrange for a refund via the original payment method
  • Bitz must be in as new condition with all original accessories supplied in the same condition they were received in, with original packaging. If Bitz are not in new condition a restocking fee for the cost of replacement Bitz will be applied
  • The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) has introduced some new requirements with respect to warranties against defective Bitz supplied from 1 January 2012 in respect of sales to consumers.
    Bitz sold to consumers may come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
    Consumers are entitled to a replacement of the Bitz or a refund of the price for a major failure of the Bitz and also compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
    Consumers are also entitled to have the Bitz repaired or replaced if the Bitz fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Where consumers have purchased Bitz and the manufacturer has also provided a warranty against defects (Manufacturer’s Warranty), that warranty is in addition to the consumer guarantee we provide in relation to the Bitz.

Birds Bitz accepts payments made by Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit, and PayPal.

You will get a tax invoice sent via email; for security purposes invoices are not sent with your Bitz.
