* Firering is a Metallic Armor / Grommet around the Bore of the Gasket, Stainless Steel on Head Gaskets & Copper on Exhaust Gaskets.

* Foam Covered Metal (Foamet) is similar to RCM ecept that the Rubber has been Processed to yield a Sponge-Rubber Surface. Normally with Aluminum Core.
