By combining a flat-wire spring with a progressive main spring, this 12.5in. shock has the ride height of an 11.5in. shock under the weight of the bike yet utilizes the full stroke of a 12.5in. shock as terrain demands it. The result is a lowered shock that is more comfortable and rides like a traditional height shock.
